5 minute hills on treadmill (incline level 8, resistance 4.0)

Wednesday
3x12 crunches
3x12 lat pulldown machine
3x12 bicep curls
3x12 lying leg raises
10 minutes of cardio on elliptical
3x12 torso rotation machine
3x12 low row machine
3x12 calf raises on step
1 minute plank
5 minute stretch

Thursday
20 minutes of HIIT on treadmill
10 minute of hills (incline 8 through 12, resistance 4.0)
5 minute of cooldown (decrease hills every 30 seconds from 12, resistance 3.8)
5 minute stretch

Friday
5 minute stairclimber warmup
3x15 barbell chest press
3x12 shrugs
3x12 tricep pulldowns (w/ rope)

Cycle of:
3x30 stability ball crunches
3x12 dumbbell chest flyes on stability ball

Cycle of:
3x50 arm circles
3x12 lying side leg raises
3x12 lying side inner leg raises

1 minute plank
5 minute stretch
